The file comes with 1 year's worth of Demo Data for John Doe Acupuncture. Clearing the Demo Data can be done in 3-4 minutes once you know everything you need to do.
Watch the video below and learn how to do this. It is a great way to get a feel for vocabulary and learn key strokes while also finding out exactly what you will interact with in the Template.

9:11 - This video introduces this page and the resources on it. Then the demo data is removed from the file at a low rate of speed so you can learn key strokes and keep up easily.
5:02 - This is a faster example of the demoData clearing process. It took 1.5 minutes to introduce the video, make a copy of the original file template, rename it _blank. and authorize it for purpose of setting up the exercise. Then it took 3.5 minutes to clear the demo data.
